Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

One-Time Purchases

Orders placed as a one-time purchase may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.


Subscribe & Save (Recurring Purchases)

By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you agree to receive recurring shipments at the frequency selected at checkout.

Cancellation Terms:

Subscriptions may be canceled after a minimum of two (2) successful shipments, and to avoid being charged for an upcoming order, cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before the next scheduled billing date; any cancellations requested after this cutoff will apply to the following billing cycle.

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Subscription Management Portal using the link provided in your order confirmation or customer account.


Changes to Subscriptions

You may update delivery frequency, shipping address, or payment method at any time prior to the billing cutoff. Changes made after billing may apply to the next scheduled order.


Reactivation

If a canceled subscription is later reactivated, pricing, discounts, or promotional offers may differ from the original subscription enrollment.


Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will apply to future orders, including existing subscriptions.
