Since we sell at discounted prices, we will not be able to accept returns on any opened merchandise. All unopened merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or credit. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns. All returns are subject to a standard 20% restocking fee. Please email info@prolab.com or call (833) 776-5221 before sending products back to us. Once we hear from you, we will note that you will be sending a return.
