Best amino supplement I've ever taken
I'm 53 and I've been taking these since I was in my 40's and they've always worked really well for recovery. My mom walks 3 miles a day, so I had her start taking these, and she said she doesn't feel as sluggish at the end of her walks anymore. Really good supplement if you love to work out or have an active lifestyle.

Best amino supplement I've ever taken
I've been working out since I was a kid and these are the best aminos I've taken for recovery. I used to buy this product all the time from Vitamin Shoppe until they closed their store by me and I was never been able to find anything that worked as well as these. I had my mom start taking these to help her recover from her 3 mile dog walks everyday, and she said she feels like she has more energy. These are definitely my go-to supplement.
